WE HAVE FOR RENT:

1 small room (for a hair extensionist, makeup artist etc, as there is a hairdresser chair instead of beauty couch).

2 large treatment rooms (for general beauty, permanent makeup, aesthetics, lash extensions etc).

1 large academy room (26 sqm).

1 mani & pedi station (any nail treatments apart acrylics due to a smell which we can not have in our clinic).

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY:

1 small room: taking enquires now! Room will be newly finished and available from 16th September Monday-Sunday 70£ per day (you have your own keys so you can start and finish as you want) , 45£ half day (you have your own keys so you can start as early as you want and finish at 2.00pm or you start at 2.00pm and you can finish as late as you want).

2 large treatment rooms: FULLY BOOKED

1 large academy room: 350£ per day, availability upon request.

1 mani & pedi station: 45£ per day, available on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun.

All our treatment rooms, including the nail stations, are ONLY available for rent under contract terms (monthly rent paid in advance, along with a monthly deposit). They are not available for pay-as-you-go or occasional use.

Our large academy room is available to be booked on a pay-as-you-go/occasional basis ONLY, subject to availability, which needs to be discussed directly and in advance as I am using it for my own training courses and days are vary. Booking fee must be paid in advance in full and is non-refundable/non-transferable for any reason.

✔️All rooms are fully furnished and ready to be used: e.g. couch (hairdresser chair instead in small treatment room), sink, storage cabinet, trolley, chair, stool, ring lamp, mirror. The academy room is equipped also with expendable table + chairs, TV on stand with wheels, whiteboard. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 beauty couches but is regularly set up for 2 couches (other 2 couches are stored and ready to be used when needed).

✔️Shared kitchen, waiting areas and WC.

✔️All bills included (e.g.. electricity, water, Wi-Fi, medical waste).

✨You must have an existing client base for whom you are responsible. You are also responsible for your own qualifications, insurance and license.

GOSH GOSH PMU & TRAINING ACADEMY LTD is located in the heart of West London (SW11-3SD).

Clinic is open daily 10.00am-6.00pm but can be extended at no extra cost.
